How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $90 or more. Under $90, standard shipping is a flat $10. You'll see every option and its cost at checkout before you pay.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days. We email tracking when yours ships.
Can I return something?
We do not accept returns for a refund or exchanges for a color preference or change of mind. Size exchanges are available under the conditions below. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery with a photo.
Can I swap sizes?
Yes. Contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached. You cover return shipping and shipping for the replacement. Check the Size Guide before ordering.
My order arrived damaged.
Contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, defect, or incorrect item. We will send a new replacement at no cost. Contact us to arrange it.
Can I cancel my order?
We get orders ready fast. Message us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll cancel it. After that, your order is already being prepared and can't be cancelled.
Tracking says delivered, but I can't find it.
