Welcome to Extra Plate. These terms apply when you visit extraplatestudio.com or buy from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Extra Plate is a Filipino-American apparel brand based in Washington State, United States. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Extra Plate. “You” means anyone who visits our site or places an order.
Using our site
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to try to access parts of it you aren’t meant to reach.
Products
We do our best to show colors and details accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and small variations in color and placement are normal. Product availability can change without notice.
Prices and errors
All prices are in US dollars. We can change prices at any time. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may cancel orders for it, even after you’ve ordered. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your items. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or can’t fill it. You agree to give us current, complete, and accurate payment and shipping information.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery estimates appear at checkout. Our Shipping Policy has the details. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times depend on the carrier.
Returns and refunds

Our designs and content
Everything on our site, including our designs, logos, photos, and text, belongs to Extra Plate or is used with permission. Buying a product doesn’t give you any right to copy, reproduce, or sell our designs.
Reviews and messages you send us
If you send us a review, photo, or comment, you give us permission to use it in our marketing, including on our site and social media. Please don’t send anything offensive, unlawful, or that belongs to someone else.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
